Bicycle trails - start on the River Walk trail in Amesbury go to the Ghost trail then the Marsh trail in Salisbury and then go over the bridge and do the Clipper trail in Newburyport - all connected - makes a great loop - less than 2 hrs - all flat, all paved except the ghost trail which is a nice hard pack.
