Williamston Wellness is a multi-practitioner collective of healthcare professionals celebrating 10 years in business. We provide services such as: bodywork (massage, chiropractic, reflexology), skincare & facials, diet & detox programs, energy work and yoga. We also feature a retail gift shop and a Halotherapy salt cave. The salt cave and infrared salt sauna provide natural relief of respiratory issues (colds/allergies/asthma/COPD). The cave is a “come as you are” activity and is extremely comfortable & relaxing after a long day’s journey. We are conveniently located 1 mile from the downtown on a main secondary highway. The property is 3.5 acres including over 1 acre of whimsical gardens (the business was formerly a photography studio) of which you can enjoy during your stay.

Our retail shop features fair trade, ethically-sourced, hand-made and “green” gifts, books, clothing, jewelry and up-cycled vintage/antique items. We feature local artists and authors throughout the year. We also offer products related to our services, such as: massage & essential oils, pink salt lamps, yoga tools, SkinScript skincare and a variety of natural health supplements. We try to offer a selection not found on Amazon or “big box” stores.
