You are literally right next to some of the best Charter Boat fishing - text for names and numbers. You are less than 10 miles from Ludington State Park - this has been rated #1 in Michigan for state parks for more than ten years - where there are miles of hiking, biking, kayaking, and tubing available. There are miles of public beaches nearby along with many shops and breweries in the downtown area (5 blocks away).
