About
Embrace the rustic charm of Michigan's pastoral landscapes with a serene RV camping getaway among the friendly hums of alpacas. Just a lighthearted drive northeast from Traverse City, known as the Cherry Capital, this unique farm destination offers a memorable experience for RV enthusiasts and animal lovers alike. Imagine waking up to the gentle sight of 35 alpacas grazing, including adorable cria (baby alpacas) that join the farm family every summer, adding to the joy and innocence of the place. The farm prides itself on connecting visitors with the wonders of these noble animals, hosting eight breeding females that contribute to the fluffy population. Those traveling with furry companions are welcomed with open arms, provided that all dogs are kept on a leash and enjoyed away from the pasture areas to ensure the safety and harmony of the farm's residents. With designated walking areas away from the pastures, your four-legged friends can still relish in the wide-open spaces that the farm offers. As a guest, you'll be among the first to witness the transformation of an old dairy barn into a farm store that promises to offer unique farm-related products. This transformation combines agricultural heritage with future ambitions, promising a space where the charm of farm life will be available for you to take home. RV camping here is more than just a peaceful retreat; it's a way of embracing country living, learning about alpaca care, and becoming a part of a story that continues to grow as gently as the grass beneath the alpacas' feet. Whether you're passing through the Cherry Capital or seeking a tranquil escape, this farm offers an RV camping experience that's as soft and inviting as the alpacas' fleece.
