About
I have a large side yard with easy access. Size isn’t an issue. 30A power available if you have a camper extension cord, $10 a day if over 2 nights. Free water, no sewer or dump, but Big River Lodge lets you dump for $10 (Haven't called to confirm 2024 rates). Sometimes they won't have space to dump, so the City of Wabasha also offers dump services, but the campground is hard to access currently due to construction (Summer 2024). If you have a vehicle, feel free to park in the driveway. During stays, I park on the street by the side porch or front porch to give you space. For reference, where the truck in the picture is parked is a gravel pad, the rest is grass. The alley is West facing and the 3 season porch is East facing. Update Spring 2024: The city has planted trees, there's still room to come in and out, updated pictures. I can always give you the driveway as well. If it's not wet, feel free to drive straight in across the yard between the sidewalk and trees. All of the water lines and such are in the front of the house, so no worries there. Summer of 2024 - there is construction in the downtown area. To access downtown, use Alleghany Ave. Check out Hoppy Girl Brewery on Friday or Saturday from 4-9. Herb&Arrow is good flatbread pizza. There's a speak easy sale bar in the Historic Burlington Hotel downtown as well. The National Eagle center is downtown also.

Parking & Arrival
There’s a small gravel pad next to the apple tree, that entire area is able to be used from the Apple tree to the street back to the house. Pull in any which way. If it’s wet, I ask you try to use the gravel pad to avoid sinking in the yard. The city planted trees along the road, but there is still room to drive in from the street or from the alley. I’m happy to for you to use the driveway if it’s wet, the driveway will accommodate up to 40’ total length. I’m pretty easy going, so however I can make your stay great, I will!
