Items to Purchase
The Simmons-Wright Company, established in 1884, is more than a store, it was the Dollar General of its day. From selling caskets to trading mules for goods. The history is rich and if only the walls could talk. This is not an amusement park, but a great place to see history, browse antiques, collectibles, and souvenirs and get a taste of good ole southern cooking. This is a place your children need to experience!
House Rules
Our dumpster is for restaurant use only; please take your trash with you.
Parking & Arrival
The grass lot to the east of our store is where you will park. Please be careful as we get a fair amount of rain here; if you drive too deep into the lot on a wet day you may get stuck. If you stay close to the road you should be fine. If you want to park on the paved drive above the grass lot (near the cemetery) you are welcome to; just be sure not to block the drive.
