We're in Carson Valley, NV elev. 4850 (Gardnerville) with stunning views in one direction of Job's Peak (Sierra) 2.5 miles away and 6,000 ft. above us. Ranches / farms to the north of us with closest residence 3/8 mile away. To the east we look across the Valley to the Pine Nut Mountains. Our property is 2.5 acres and fully landscaped with 80 trees and five lawn sections. The Minden and Gardnerville business area is 12 minutes away. Carson City is 25 minutes north. South Lake Tahoe to stateline (Harrah's and Harvey's, etc) is 25 minutes. Markleeville (CA alps) is 20 minutes to south. Reno is approx. 50 minutes to the north of us. Heavenly Ski Nevada side is 15 minutes. Kirkwood Ski area is 30 miles and 40 minutes away. The historic first community in Nevada named Genoa (founded 1851) is 10 minutes north.
