Maximum two maybe three guests at the same time. This has been a Family Farm. Currently we have no farm animals as we are in the early stages of restoring the grasses, meadows, watershed and timber areas with native species. We began in June 2023 to begin the transformation back to native! We now have more Hook ups (one 30 AMP on the RV Pad and three accessible from either side of the phone pole (30 AMP, 50 AMP, 110, plus 110 by the Deck). If you use electricity, we ask for $15.00 per night for RV Electric Service (Electric only / NO water and NO sewer). The “Bothy” (A bothy is a basic shelter, usually left unlocked) Is now available for Guests! External and internal electric (lights and plugs). The Deck is available to relax. The three tall tree stumps are for flys to block sun or lights. They are in the bothy. WiFi is available upon request for $10 a night. StarLink works great up here!! In a few years, there will be farm animals. Until then, enjoy the sounds of nature. If you turn your outside lights off you will see fireflies in June, and clear skies mean stars fill the sky! Camping is flexible as we have several acres to work with. BoondockSpot #1: Near the Bothy - Flat & Gravel spot for East or West Facing. If you hook up to electric, this is next to the deck nice area to camp. BoondockSpot #2: Flat & Grassy (Mowed) Park at any angle - this is a mowed grass area to camp. Primarily South facing. BoondockSpot #3: Flat & Grassy (Mowed) Park at any angle - this is a mowed grass area to camp. Primarily East or North facing with access to the phone pole for electric hookup. BoondockSpot #4: Hayfield ~ East side of road above the Pond. A beautiful, more remote ‘true dry camping’ spot with a view! Where you enter depends on your Rig! We have made big improvements to the access and the pond area! (We will have a cabin for rent next year in the water!) BoondockSpot #5: Hayfield ~ South side of the house. A beautiful, more remote ‘true dry camping’ spot nestled near the woods with a remote view! Pretty easy to enter, depends on your Rig! Note: If you DO NOT use electric and truly dry camp, then you can park in the hay fields or near the woods or hedgerows. Please - Pack in and carry out all waste as this is a wonderful place and you do not want to invite critters! Camp responsibly!
