Rural NY home on 21 acres. 11 miles from Bethel Woods, home to the original Woodstock festival. 8 miles to Callicoon Delaware River. We are 2 miles from town and 1.5 miles from the Villa Roma Resort. There is an 18 hole golf course available to the public. The Villa also has a gym with showers open to the public for a $6 fee. This area is quiet, safe, and rural. Surrounded by woods with hiking trails. Our home is at the intersection of Poley Rd, Schaefer Rd and Tonjes Rd. The GPS may direct you past our home as it is on the very corner of our property.

$10/night, we have long hoses for water but it is well water so not available if it has been too dry or if it is below freezing. I removed off leash area for pets as there is no fenced in area but there are fields and woods. Our property is on a rural road.
