We are a Veteran, Christian family-owned business. We are a boutique vineyard and winery located in the Swan Creek AVA in Ronda NC, the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains. The owners Scott and Elizabeth bring their Italian and French heritage and love of wine to the vineyard. With our Italian and French heritages family is very important to us and one of our favorite family members is our dog Bacchus who will always greet visitors and other dogs with a doggy kiss and shake for a treat. The Swan Creek AVA is home to many other vineyards so your stay here will put you in the heart of Wine Country! There is plenty of good hiking in the area, good restaurants available nearby in the town of Elkin. Winston-Salem is 30 minutes away.

Your membership includes an overnight stay at a Host. Extra nights are available at the Host's discretion.

Members can stay 1 extra night but need to make sure they reserve it as part of their initial reservation. If they decide to stay 1 extra night after the fact we will allow if if there is room.

Please come in through the back gate across from the mailbox at 475 Groce Road. There is a sign by the gate that says Food Trucks and Deliveries only. Do not use the main gate to the parking lot for tasting room patrons. Pull up the gravel drive past the 2nd bldg o your left. RV parking will be on your right just past the vines. Please call when you arrive and we can direct you.

Castello Barone offers tastings, flights, glasses or bottles of wine. We do have an assortment of hard and soft cheeses, artisan crackers and flat breads as well as salami's all locally made. We have gift items for sale and local honey.
