Rigs under 36 ft. can park on north(front) side of little blue building. longer rigs will need to back in alley on south side. I no longer own the whole lot so can only park on furthest east lot. water & sewer dump is in city park near buy. not a fancy spot, but will do for an overnighter. lots of things to see in local area. if time permits, i can visit and or give tour of local area. i'm willing to help with anything i can. Suggested Local Attractions:nice park and pool(that has paid camping spots). a couple great eateries. a few other close by historic attractions. I also have another location(no amenities) that is 9 mi. East of velva in the little village of Bergen. It offers shade with peace and quiet. the location is below: 48.0001426, -100.7162558 its the south grass driveway with a white storage shed on the corner of 5th ave and townsend st. I camp here alot just to get out of my town. * side note* the winter dates that are blocked are because i'm gone and there may be too much snow on the lot. however, if you just need an overnight rest stop, you can make the request(just pick a unblocked date) and i'll call you back. Access Road Conditions: lot is gravel but if wet, can park short term on street.
