We are situated between Hwy 400 and Hwy 404 in Newmarket, Ontario. We are about 45 minutes north of Toronto, the largest city in Canada. We have a paved and slightly sloped driveway suitable only for a Class B motorhome. You are welcome to use the back yard patio . Suggested Local Attractions:Old downtown Newmarket has a Farmer’s Market every Saturday morning throughout the summer. There are Summer Festival events at Fairy Lake that occur most weekends. There are public beaches and fishing locales within a 30 minute drive north to Lake Simcoe. Shopping at Upper Canada Mall (over 200 stores and eateries) is a 3 minute drive away. Numerous golf courses and walking trails in the area. Many heritage homes, stores and the Elman W. Campbell Museum in the old Newmarket firehall on Main Street.

Access Road Conditions: This is a residential area with a driveway space for a class B motorhome. It is a slight slope and we suggest backing into the driveway
