We are located in a small community on Lake of the Woods, ON. Although our acreage is small the area around has a whole lot to offer. Our location is within walking distance to the lake. We are 100 km from the US border. It is one of the best areas for fishing and hunting as well as kayaking and canoeing. The local township offers free pickleball, tennis court, hiking trails, bike trail and a park with a sand beach, BBQ and picnic shelter all within 3 miles. The provincial park is about 10 km and offers overnight camping and swimming. There is a local airport (land strip no fee), restaurants, grocery store, convenience store, bait shops, marine & auto repair facilities and gift shops within 5 km. There are also 3 float plane bases that provide flight-seeing tours and daily or weekly fly-in fishing trips during the summer months.
