We are a semi retired construction company with a small hobby farm. We have a few beef cows, laying hens and meat birds, sometimes pigs and love to garden. Our farm also borders the OFATV (Ontario Federation of All Terrain Vehicles). I have mowed walking paths around the fields and pastures for quiet morning walks. We are 10 mins from the Bruce Trail at Hogg's Falls, and 20 mins from the Beaver Valley. Our area has a lot to offer. Last summer we traveled the mid-west for a month and had a fantastic time. We went on the fly and did not pre-book anything, knowing there was always the option of a Walmart parking lot, which we were hesitant to do in a lot of places for saftey reasons. We heard about Harvest Host in our travels and thought what a great idea. With our acerage we would love to share what we have for the weary traveller. A safe quiet place for a night or two, just what we were looking for last summer and didn't know existed. We look forward to this program, meeting fellow travelers and hearing and sharing stories when opportunities arise.

Your membership includes an overnight stay at a Host. Extra nights are available at the Host's discretion.

Drive to the shop. There is a field to the right of the shop where you will be parking.

We have veg and flower gardens to self tour. We also have seasonal produce, eggs and beef. Off leash area for pets but with communication first as we have dogs on our property. Sandbox area and lots of room for kids to play.
