About
We have a 35 acre lot about a mile away from our small town. It has a small section of woods and fields where we ride our ATVs and hike. You may walk the trails and there is a large backyard for off leash dog play.
There are no trees or water connection but water is available to fill tanks. It is well water so please remember to run it for a minute before use.
Suggested Local Attractions:Within hour from: Presque Isle Beaches, Kinzua dam, wineries and a few golf courses including Peak & Peak.

Details:
We are a long time married couple who love to travel together and with our family's. We are always looking for adventure by camping or riding our ATV's. We have been to every state and a few countries. We just retired and are setting out on our next adventure of long term RVing.

Alleghany National Forest with our ATV's and in our own backyard about 1000 ft from the road.
Skills or Expertise to Share:
My husband is a general handyman/mechanic and is always willing to lend a hand. If he cant fix it, he knows someone who can. I love to cook and have been known to throw a few, spur of the moment dinner parties, serving whatever I can find in my cupboards.

Access Road Conditions:
We have a two spots off main road near a storage building. You can back or pull into either driveway. One has a longer slightly curved driveway and you will probably need blocks depending on length. Both are hard packed with 30 amp service. Water is available to fill tanks. There is a picnic table and fire pit between driveways.
