About
At the trailhead of Knoxville's Urban Wilderness, sits a former community gathering building which has been redeveloped into a mixed retail space consisting of: Crafty Bastard Brewery - Craft Beer Tap House 71 South - New American Restaurant. Cocktails and Provisions Bear Paw Bikes - Complete Bike shop for Merch and Gear, Experienced Mechanics. Mountain Bike Rentals! Hummingbird Apothecary - Coffee, Tea and Mocktails with THCA, CBD, Kava and Kratom. Knoxville’s Urban Wilderness is a spectacular outdoor adventure area where you can hike, bike, climb, paddle, or just wander in the woods – all within the heart of the city. Over 60 miles of trails and greenways connect you to a beautiful nature center, pristine lakes, historic sites, dramatic quarries, adventure playgrounds, five city parks, and a 600-acre wildlife area. We share a parking lot with Baker Creek Preserve which consists of two paved pump tracks and a paved jump line as well as 3 Downhill Mountain Bike trails along with 5 multiuse trails. The park hosts 8 miles of trail, and connects to the other 52 miles of trails in the network. **This host location is in the middle of a residential neighborhood therefore the use of generators is not permitted.**

Parking & Arrival
Please follow a few rules: 1) No generators. Zero tolerance for this as we are in the middle of a residential neighborhood. 2) Please park in the assigned HH parking area. We allow people who are coming to enjoy the park to also use our lots so it can get quite crowded. The assigned parking area will keep you out of the way and on very limited flat-ish ground. This area is explained in the host photos. 3) No Check-In and PLEASE DON'T CALL. We are all bustling small businesses and most employees may not know specifics about which members are staying what nights. The host location is for all tenants in the building and not one specific business, so feel free to spend your donation where you wish. 4) Again, No Generators. Thanks!
