Situated within 3 acres on a hilltop overlooking the city of Bristol. This is also a Certified Wildlife Habitat with many different types of animals. Although we have seen no signs of bears, there are deer, rabbits, opossums, foxes, squirrels, owls, hawks, eagles, cats, dogs and yes, skunks. They stay mainly in the lower meadow areas, but they do wonder through at night. Otherwise, it is a peaceful quiet area. No power available at this time. Fresh water can be provided.
