Scenic rural property off the beaten path. Quiet with lots of trees and a wide open sky.
We are on collected rainwater. Guests are welcome to use rainwater depending on current drought conditions. We are a fully fenced property; guest pets may be off leash if under voice control. Wildlife may be present including various predators (ie coyotes, feral hogs) and snakes. Picnic table, fire ring and firewood is available unless under a county burn ban.
Suggested Local Attractions:Pearl Bluegrass festival first Saturday of each month. Ninety miles from Austin, 85 miles from Waco.
