We are remotely located, "road" is 3 miles gravel/dirt/sand EACH way, NOT paved NOR guaranteed even remotely smooth. It is also narrow (one lane) at places although we've had no issues with our RV (11k GVWR toyhauler) so far. Recommend just go SLOW and WATCH tree clearances. Currently only 15 amp available for $10/nite with free water (if system is not under maintenance). Usually VERY quiet out here. Note: if you aren't comfortable taking RV on gravel/dirt/sand narrow roads you won't enjoy the trip out here and could possibly damage your rig! Unfortunately our county does a very poor job of maintaining our roads and this has been an ongoing issue for quite sometime. Additional nights can be requested on a daily basis.
