I live in a small town of less than 600 people between i40 and Route 66 in the Texas Panhandle. Groom, Texas; is the home of the largest cross in the Western Hemisphere and the leaning water tower on i40 (featured in Texas Monthly several times). Our small town had limited options for food and was over 30 miles away from a good cup of coffee for locals and commuters. So, the dream of a cafe with a true espresso bar was born.
