This spot is includes a grass pull off for a trailer no larger than 20ft, since there is no pull through and it can be very difficult to maneuver around the trees and other vehicles in the yard, in order to exit the yard. Access Road Conditions: Our house is located along side the highway, so it is accessible. We live in an area with a very high water table, so our yard becomes a swamp in the springtime. We are also located at 6800ft, north facing, so our yard holds and receives snow, sometimes until June. We can receive snow as soon as September some years. Also, unfortunately, there is a fairly narrow entrance into our yard that barely fits our 17ft trailer. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: I say no, because parking is limited but you may be able to find a spot for a tow vehicle in summer months. There is no available parking on the highway.
