Gravel pad parking next to our driveway complete with a picnic table for guests to enjoy. Plenty of space for up to 30’ travel travel or RV and tow vehicle. Across the street from lake Champlain (Note: lake access is down the road approx 1.5 miles). Approximate 1 hour drive north to Montreal, Canada and 30 minute drive south to Burlington, Vermont.
