Our property is smallish by many standards (just 3.5 acres) and it is flat and has just a few clusters of trees so our house will pretty much be in view no matter where you park. We do have a septic system so you'll have to avoid traveling over certain areas as to not damage it. We have a pool that guests can use, and it has an outdoor kitchen (with a grill, refrigerator, and ice machine) There is also a pool house with electricity and a fan, lawn chess, and bocce court. There are also several outdoor seating areas you can make use of - plenty around the pool including a covered porch with a hammock as well as a pool house electricity. There is also a covered sitting area off to the side of the main house as well as an extensive porch which has great views in the mornings and evenings.
