This is a working farm so it may be dusty at certain times of the year and it gets very hot in July and August. We have a deep irrigation system so please arrive before the early evening as it is close to the roadway and driveway. Pets must be pre-approved due to our barn cats being people and dog friendly but not all dogs are cat friendly. They are our priority. If your total rig/vehicle length is longer than 45 feet please talk to us prior to your request. We do not offer pull thru site at this time.
