About
Hello! I have 16 acres of forested property with a tiny home rental on the west side of the property and an RV pad with a power pedestal on the east side. I'm just a 20 minute drive to Springdale, 17 miles from Loon Lake and 21 miles from Lake Roosevelt where you can enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. The north end of the property butts up to 500 acres of state land for lots of hiking and exploring in the backcountry!
This property is not available during the winter.

Parking & Arrival
As you enter the property, access to your spot is towards the right. The road is gravel and there is a bit of an incline so 4WD is highly recommended. Please take it slow so as not to create ruts in the gravel. There is a single spot on the first level of the driveway on the west side to park your tow vehicle if desired.
