We don't have a water hookup where you park, but we do have a hose that can be used to fill a tank before you unhook. We have 100 acres of property. Our house and parking is set back from the road with 5 acres of treed lawn and parking, the remaining is planted field and a small bush area. We have a black lab on the property. The Donnelly Homestead is two minutes away. 30 minutes to Grand Bend, beautiful beaches, Pinery Provincial Park, and Huron Country Playhouse. Stratford is 30 minutes away and their wonderful theatre as well. Within 15 minutes is Morrison Dam Conservation area. With plenty of free parking, some water for fishing, canoe or kayaking, a 10km well used multi use trail, and even a nice little playground and splash pad it is a great free family activity.

Access Road Conditions: We are on a well-traveled paved road. Our gravel parking lot is approximately 100ft by 60ft. The laneway is a bit narrow but with space to turn in the lot no reversing in the lane is needed. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Parking is available next to the RV
