At this time, we are in the process of restoring our 1948 log building. We will be reopening the 2024 season on May 22, with our summer hours and menu boards - WED, TH & FRI 4-9pm. We live in the property, so you are welcome to inquire about staying, even if it is not an open date for the Restaurant. 🙂 Our FaceBook page updated regularly. We are also expanding our TaffelTown Lodge merchandise, which includes t-shirts and hoodies. Since we are owner/operators, there may be the occasion where we are available to cook additional private meals, and our lounge/tavern area is available for reading, relaxing and playing games. Our magical Manistee river is approximately a half mile from TaffelTown, with river access, and Smithville Landing canoe livery for your canoe/kayak/raft and tubing needs. ❤️
