About
Imagine waking up to a gentle symphony of neighs and the heartwarming sight of rescued equines greeting the morning sun. Welcome to an endearing rural escape in southern Mississippi, where RV camping goes hand-in-hand with the joy of connecting with nature and the loving charm of a hobby farm. Here, Jodi and Charles have embraced a life filled with the care of their treasured herd. As serene as the country life gets, your visit to this 7-acre haven will be defined by peaceful surroundings and authentic farm experiences. This rural retreat offers RV campers the quintessential opportunity to explore Southern hospitality alongside the company of four horses and a characterful donkey whose world-class EEE-AAAWW is bound to steal your heart. This location is not just a place for RV camping, but also a sanctuary where each four-legged resident has a backstory filled with resilience and a second chance at life. The hosts kindly invite you to learn about these animals, giving you the option to hear their stories or simply enjoy their presence from a respectful distance. For those interested, there are opportunities to feed the gentle giants horse treats or acceptable fruits and vegetablesadding a unique twist to your stay. Visitors are discouraged from using loud generators past 9 pm, ensuring everyone can enjoy the quiet, starlit nights. And for those looking for additional relaxation, a sauna session might just be the perfect way to wind down before gathering around a campfire, or merely kicking back by your RV. This idyllic farm is perfect for those looking to indulge in leisurely country road hikes, serene equine interaction, or simply embracing the quietude of rural living. Open your heart to a little piece of tranquility where your stay not only revitalizes the soul but helps care for the animals that have found their forever home here. Donations and tips graciously go towards maintaining the welfare of this lovingly adopted herd. So pack your RV and set your GPS for a heartwarming adventure in southern Mississippi, where RV camping meets compassionate living, and every visitor leaves with a fuller heart.

Items for Purchase
We have 1 RV hook-up $35 (30amp electric, water, and sewer) We have room for 3 RVS per night, but only one hook up. Fresh free-range eggs from our chickens $5/dozen. Weather & daylight permitting, brief equine introduction/interaction is included with your stay. Longer/in-depth equine interaction/education (haltering, brushing, saddling, etc) (anything INSIDE the barn/pasture): 1/2-hour $30, 1 hour $50. Please schedule this experience with hosts. BEAUTIFUL sunsets almost nightly. FREE with your HH stay :) Firewood $5-$10, fire ring provided. Or $5 to rent fire ring/use your own wood. "Lighter"- world's best natural fire-starter, prices vary, see Hosts for details. Sunlighten Full-Spectrum Infrared Sauna sessions ($20, $10/2nd person)— TONS of health benefits. Jodi recommends the "Pain Relief" program for most HH guests, who have been SITTING a while. Mostly Mid-infrared light penetrates/heals sore/injured tissue. BYOT (bring your own towels) Cardboard/paper may be placed in burn barrel. Aluminum cans can go in cabbage in back porch. Your pets are welcome to run free on the property as long as they don’t bother the equines or chickens. Beware of fire ants and barbed-wire. Both will BITE. We suggest you visit the horses at the red metal gates. Lastly, when you feed/interact with our babies, you WILL get lovingly slobbered/dirted on ❤️❤️😂 Donations are SO appreciated. They help us keep overly spoiling these babies with the very best care, extra supplements, TIME (daily!), feed, treats, organic fly spray, Chiropractic, and all the other higher needs that these deserving rescues seem to have.
