About
Unwind amidst the serenity of soft-footed alpacas under the big Montana sky, where RV camping enthusiasts looking for a unique experience will find themselves delighted. Embrace the pastoral charm of RV camping at an alpaca ranch, shadowed by the majestic Mission Mountains, as you become a part of a world committed to the gentle care of these enchanting creatures. Perfect for those passionate about eco-friendly travel and animal welfare, the ranch invites you to indulge in interactive farm tours, where you can meet and learn about their prized alpacas, and the faithful Livestock Guardian Dogs that watch over them. Share in the hosts dedication to the craft of fiber production, and take away not just memories, but knowledge about the process that goes into creating luxurious alpaca products. For those early risers, farm tours are available at 8:30 and 9:30 am on weekdays and Saturdays in the summer - a perfect way to start your day with a dose of fuzzy charm before exploring the nearby natural wonders. Revel in the proximity to the National Bison Range, where the thundering hooves of these American icons remind visitors of the wild heart of the West. Meanwhile, Flathead Lake provides a sparkling haven for fishing, boating, and swimming, and the crown jewel of Montana's natural beauty, Glacier National Park, is just a two-hour drive away. Easy access off Hwy 93 onto a well-maintained dirt road means you benefit from both the tranquility of rural life and the convenience of travel. Station your RV in a spot where the panoramic mountain views stretch unobstructed and the alpacas parade in the nearby pastures. This haven is not just a stopover; it's an educational, immersive encounter with nature and a celebration of sustainable, harmonious living. It's RV camping meshed with down-to-earth farm life, destined to craft stories and photos that will rival the beauty of the alpacas' own luxurious fibers.
