Sloppy Joe’s are great camping food!
The pound cake and berry skillet sounds scrumptious and we will try it this weekend. Our favorite breakfast the first morning of camping is always the same….and we LOVE it: In a iron skillet heat 1 tsp of Olive Oil, add 1 can of Rotelle Toms and Chilies, 1 can of diced toms and heat to a good simmer. Reduce heat, Make indentions in this sauce and crack 1 egg in ea. dimple. Poach until eggs are set. Top with shredded cheese and allow to melt. Serve with Orange or cinnamon rolls and breakfast meat if you choose. So easy, so Yummy!
