When is the best time to RV camp in Utah?

Can my RV go through the Zion–Mt. Carmel Tunnel?

If you love country/farm living, this is a nice spot to camp. The host allowed us to park under a shade tree, which was welcomed considering the heat of the afternoon. Easy in/out with lots of space. My dogs enjoyed walking around and seeing the horses and visiting donkeys. Beautiful colors at sunset and sunrise. Only had room for hamburger in my little freezer but the steak looked wonderful. Hosts were great and helpful. Loved the old farm dog too. A nice spot.
