About
Embark on a rustic retreat where the charm of farm living blends seamlessly with the comforts of RV camping. This idyllic setting invites RV enthusiasts to immerse themselves in the pastoral rhythms of a working farm dedicated to the craft of fiber production. Here, you'll find yourself parking your home-on-wheels amongst a gentle throng of fiber animals, including sheep, goats, and alpacas, whose soft coats yield the farm's treasured products. The site offers a unique opportunity to engage with the natural world, watch the animals graze, and learn about sustainable farming practices. Discover a treasure trove of handcrafted items, all woven from the fleeces of resident animals. Indulge in the warmth of cozy socks, stylish hats, and unique felted products. For those with a creative streak, take home some roving or yarn to kindle your next crafting project. A highlight not to be missed is the farm's new fiber mill. Visitors are welcomed to explore and learn about the fascinating process of transforming wool into the products they see and love. Interactive experiences like this offer a deeper appreciation for artisan crafts. While embracing the simplicity of RV camping, guests will find nourishment in more than just the scenic vistas and open skies. This destination marries the peacefulness of the countryside with a tangible connection to traditional fiber arts, making it a haven for both nature lovers and craft enthusiasts alike.
