Guests are asked to park in the large, level grass area located on the right side at the bend in the driveway. The area does allow for pull-through exit so backing isn't an issue. Please be mindful of the grass and avoid hard, tight turns.

No fires of any type at any time. We are on the high plains and are very dry and arid. Please do not feed the horses or attempt to visit them without ranch supervision. No gates are to be opened by guests, for any reason. Parking is on the large grass area located North of the first barn and directly on the right side of the driveway. No loud music or disturbing noise please. We want you to enjoy the peace and quiet.

We offer the following extras for guests to make their visit even more special and fund their night's stay. Tours and cookies must be booked ahead of time and may be paid for upon arrival. * Personal ranch tour ($10 per person) with an opportunity to meet the horses. Tours must be booked ahead of time and are conducted depending on weather, time of arrival and, host availability. ** NOTE: Children under the age of 10 MUST be CLOSELY supervised by parents. This is a working ranch, with large horses and other animals. Running, loud noise, unattended contact with the animals is dangerous and will not be allowed. *Home made cookies (chocolate chip, molasses, cowboy) from Mellie Belle's at the Davissa. (MUST be pre-ordered and are $10 per dozen) *NOTE: All fees for tours and sales of cookies go directly to the funding and support of our work with retired and displaced working horses.
