We live near downtown Colorado Springs. 1 to 1.5 mile walking distance to the downtown area, then more walking depending on what area of downtown you want to walk to. Lots of restaurants and little stores if you are into that. Easy drive to Old Colorado Town and Manitou Springs.
Pets are on a case by case basis. Must be well behaved and quiet.
