About
Barefoot Bay Marina and RV Resort is a family-friendly waterfront resort located at the FM 1520 bridge on Lake Bob Sandlin, a 9,400-acre lake. The property is just 4 miles west of Pittsburg, Texas on the south side of the Lake. Lake Bob Sandlin is very unique for Texas in that it is connected to Cypress Springs Lake and Lake Monticello by earth dams.
The marina has been in continuous operation since 1980 and sits in Barefoot Bay Cove. The property consists of a full-service convenience store, 40 covered wet slips that accommodate boats of all sizes and lengths up to 25 ft, 79 waterfront RV spaces having 30 & 50 amp electrical with full hookups, and completely renovated men’s and women’s restrooms, 7 cabins, and a wide boat ramp.
