Since Harvest Hosts took over Boondocker's Welcome, I've noticed there isn't as much information about potential guests. If you want to stay here, I would like to know a little about you. If your profile doesn't have your name, your photo, reviews and some information chances are I'm going to decline your stay. No offense intended, just please tell me a bit about yourself when you request a stay. I have parking available in my large concrete driveway, large trailers and motorhomes are fine, but would have to back in. I can only take one large rig at a time, for example if one 40' fiver or motorhome is on the driveway site, all I can take is small rigs at the same time. Small rigs can pull in straight and turn around. I have 30amp and well water at the site. There are no trees so your satellite will work. My parking spots are in a gated yard. Suggested Local Attractions: An hour to Orlando, 1/2 hour to Florida Horse Park in Ocala. Adjacent to The Villages, its three squares with live music and dancing. Near golf, restaurants, Lowes, Aldi and a new Publix.

House Rules
Please plan to arrive in daylight. Adults only, no kids please. Last winter got quite expensive so I'm sorry to have to ask for an electric donation if you plug in. Please no vehicle washing, neither truck nor trailer. I'm on a well. I know this sounds cheap, but I would rather you don't top off your water tank. I did say 3 days, but that can be flexible...... I have a request if you pull a toad. If at all possible, if there are to of you, could you unhook the toad elsewhere, and come ready to back right in, instead of unhooking on my street? This is not a requirement, but it would be appreciated so as not to irritate the neighbors....
Location
Access Road Conditions: Super easy access right off highway 301. The house is on a cul de sac so no worries if you have a big rig and have to back in. It's very quiet and peaceful here. Be sure you come to 132 A, there is also a 132 and you do not want to go down it, it's a dead end with no turn around. 132A is off 121 not 462. Pull through parking is available for small rigs, not big Class As or fifth wheels.... Tow Vehicle Parking Details: You can stay hooked up or not, it's up to you.

I fulltimed for 15yrs, pulled my Airstream to 48 states. Details: I'm a single woman who fulltimed in a 25' Airstream trailer for 15 years, I bought my house in Florida seven years ago. If I can stay at someone's place all I ask is for some electric to run my TV...... I have a satellite on the roof and tape my favorite shows. I don't need water or sewer as my rig is self contained. Home Town: My home now is in central Florida adjacent to The Villages, I'm originally from NYC, lived in Connecticut, Ohio and SC then fulltimed. Favorite Boondocking Locations: I like Florida, Texas, Washington, Oregon, California and Colorado best...... Skills or Expertise to Share: I can do some tiling, carpentry, general repairs..... I remodeled my house, and my Airstream. I'm good on the computer too.

We literally go out of our way to stop and visit this host. She has become a great friend over the years and is always a pleasure to visit. The fact that she has 30 amp electrical service for a nominal fee, is icing on the cake. Highly recommended.

A lovely property in a great quiet location, with a host who knows what RV life is all about. Good conversation and exchange of ideas and even a tour of the surrounding new developments in "The Villages". No doubt, we will ask to stay again!

Level parking spot was in host’s backyard for my 42’ rig with travel trailer. I had no problem pulling thru the gate. Host is a lovely lady who is an experienced rver and helped us resolve a problem. Look forward to stopping by on another trip.
