We live on an 80 farm of rolling hills, ponds, pasture, fields, forest and lots of gardens! We had sheep, llamas, peacocks, Guinea hens, Muscovy ducks, pigs and lots of chickens in the past 20 years but now just have one cat because we bought a small farm in Florida and go there part of the time. We have lovely outbuildings too and many places to park depending if you want electricity and water or not. You can park several places in our large yard to plug in or can go out near one of the ponds or in the woods, depending on your preference. Showers and flush toilets available in several of the outbuildings as we have had several weddings here. No plugins in the woods or by the pond but nice and quiet and scenic! Free dump station at the Holiday gas station in Albany. There is a paved bike trail 7 miles away in Albany and an 18 hole golf course, DQ and many restaurants, churches, grocery store and bars. There are several small towns within 5 miles or so with restaurants and bars too. NO CHILDREN OR DOGS PLEASE.

Location
We have a very large yard with ample turnaround space. You can park various places in the yard near a building if you want electricity and/or water. Otherwise you can park near a pond or in the woods in several nice spots if you have a generator or don’t need power. We have a 1/2 mile gravel driveway. We do have some overhanging trees on the driveway near the barn. They hang down about 14’ or so. If you can’t get under that with your rig you can camp by the pond but there’s no electricity there. We no longer allow big Class A rigs-too hard to get under the trees in our driveway.

We live on a beautiful 80 acre farm on a gravel road in farming country. The only sounds you hear are birds and the wind in the trees, except during planting season you hear tractors. We have fields, pasture, rolling hills, 2 ponds, many gardens, many outbuildings, a fruit orchard and woods. I am a crazy gardener, wild mushroomer, camper, nature lover, crafter, bike rider, bird lover, reader, and music lover. I have a 30’ x 15’ shop that I refinish antique steamer trunks in and do various other crafts too.

Albany Oasis was beautiful. Linda and David were welcoming hosts, giving us a choice of spots and directing us to easy parking. Their farm is beautiful and they allowed us to enjoy their grounds and buildings. We had a family wedding in the area and their location was perfect for the events we attended. We would highly recommend Albany Oasis!

Linda loves her flowers, and it shows. We had enjoyed our drive across the center of Minnesota- great time of year thru the ripening corn fields. When we arrived at the farm, we were greeted with a beautiful expanse of lawn with large flower gardens all around. It was a wonderful stop after three long driving days. Thank you for sharing your oasis.

We stayed two nights with David & Linda last weekend. They offered us any spot on the farm, but we opted to stay in the yard to enjoy the beautiful view of Linda's superb gardens. The setting was quiet, peaceful, and exquisitely scenic. David & Linda were gracious beyond belief (David waited at the end of the driveway for our arrival, in case we might miss the turn). They offered the run of their grounds and outbuildings, and both were amazing! We hope to stay with them again in the near future. Highly recommend!
