Located off a quiet country road, paved driveway into property. Suggested Local Attractions:Located on Big Allison Creek, very near the towns of Clover, York, and Rock Hill, SC. Public boat ramp, beach, fishing spots, and a walking track all a half mile away.Several rivers and lakes nearby for water sports, plenty of restaurants and shopping within 5 miles.

Come and enjoy some quiet country! Please run generators sparingly and not after 9 pm or before 8 am. Parking is shady, neighborhood roads are great for walking dogs.

Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Flat concrete driveway for parking RV and tow vehicle. Shaded campsites also available. . Everything is well off the street, very quiet location.

Country gardener with a little extra space to share. Details: Kayaker, hiker, camper and gardener who just enjoys being outdoors. I recently moved to a small neighborhood and can now only accommodate smaller rigs. Driveway is mostly shaded, water and light electrical available, recycling and garbage center less than a mile away. Neighborhood is on Big Allison Creek, a large creek (over 6 miles long) that flows into Lake Wylie. Public boat ramp, fishing pier, and swimming area are .4 miles away. This is a great area for water sports, biking, or walking with miles of quiet roads and lots of undeveloped land. Home Town: York, SC Favorite Boondocking Locations: I am a tent camper, love paddling down rivers and spending the nights on sandbars. Skills or Expertise to Share: Kayaking the local waterways. I have spare boats to share with visiting boondockers.

Wonderful host. When I arrived we had a such nice time chatting right from the start that I almost let the light slip away before I set up my trailer. Its a sweet neighborhood and the location is great for smaller rigs. The host was also generous enough to let me hook into her 110 because the cold weather was making my battery act up. It was another experience for me where I wish my schedule would have allowed me to stay longer.

We were greeted by Rene who was working hard in her garden. Beautiful garden with lighting bugs and big trees to shade our RV. Loved hearing about Rene's passion for kayaking and gardening. If your passing through this wonderful hosts town of a quaint Southern Town of York, SC.. please stay with Rene. You won't be disappointed.

Doc and I had a wonderful time on the host property. She was very nice and accommodating. She has a beautiful place and it was a very peaceful place. I really appreciate her letting us stay on her property. Think you again
