We are a military family with a tree farm just outside of Fayetteville NC and Fort Bragg. Our farm has miles of trails and waterfront access to the Cape Fear River. We are located about 10 miles off I-95 and just a few miles from I-295. It is very safe for your family and pets. If you need a place to pull for an overnight stop, we would love to host you for the night.

The entrance to the farm is a narrow dirt road. We have no trouble pulling our fifth wheel down the driveway. There a large area near our barn for turning around and maneuvering any size RV. We do have one 50 amp RV plug and water hookup available. We are planning to add another setup soon.

My husband and I are from Fayetteville NC. He is retired from the US Army. We're trying to travel more and work less :) Our two sons are in the Army so it is usually us traveling with our boxers and/or grandkids.

If there was a negative I don’t remember what it was. Super friendly and helpful host , great hookups, level spot and was able to keep the truck connected which is what I like to do when just passing through. Will keep this one on the short list.

Very Welcoming Hosts. Great communication. Suoer helpful with recommendations in the area. Had an electrical adapter on hand for us to use as we are 30 & the hook uo there was 50. Overall a really nice family, we have another stay already booked amd hope to fit in a walk through the farm next time, it’s beautiful and quiet there.

Our overnight stay at Henkle Farm, hosted by David and Amy, was absolutely fantastic! They were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, offering 50 amp service and water if needed. The surrounding land was serene and picturesque, providing the perfect backdrop for a peaceful night's rest. The directions given to the farm were spot on, just follow their cool Boondockers Welcome signs, making it easy to find. We had easy access to the farm with our 39-foot diesel pusher towing a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Five stars all around, highly recommend, and will definitely visit again!
