We tour in a 25 year old Airstream, both weekend strikes around the southwest, and longer treks for adventures. Our place in northern New Mexico is very rural, and has views of the Sangre de Christo Mountains to the east, and the Rio Grande to the west. Close to Taos and it’s historic offerings, and all the beauty of northern New Mexico.

Beautiful, quiet location! No cell service if that’s something you need. Also, GPS said I was there before I qctually was! Look for house numbers on the fences and youll be fine!

Carl was a great host…came out to meet us, and toured us around his property. The property is a little off the beaten path, but it was no problem for our 4x4 sprinter.

The gps takes you off of the dirt road early. Stick with it and it will be on your right. Everything else was great

Carl is a fantastic host with very interesting local knowledge and experience. It's worth coming here just to talk to him! His Airstream was being worked on so he allow us to park under his protected awning. The view of the mountains is inspiring. Navigation systems provide a couple of ways to get to his place. I recommend the 'high route' which takes his street directly from the highway and is mostly level. The 'low route' which Google Maps gave us put you down in the valley starting on the north side of the stream. It's beautiful, but has you climbing a couple of hills that will be a challenge for many rigs. We'd definitely recommend Carl's place to our friends!
