House Rules

We enjoy hosting Boondockers and have had some incredible experiences with our guests. We would like our guests to understand that making all of the amenities available to our many guests has costs so please offer compensation. Compensation is negotiable. Our 30 Amp. Electrical outlet cannot provide more than 30 Amps. If your rigs demand will exceed 30 Amps our full hook-up location is not suitable for you. We do have an RV dump available but please limit flushing to a minimum. Liquid volume and chemicals are enemies to healthy septic systems. Please turn off your outside lights after retiring for the night.

Joe & Mikki welcomed us on arrival; loved seeing Mikki’s ‘She Shed-Pottery Studio’. Shelter parking between her Studio and long term resident in 5th wheel. Quiet but conveniently located close to I-10 made it easy for day trips to explore San Antonio, Hill Country, New Braunfels & Gruene. Would love to stay again when back in the area. Hosts very accommodating when we needed to shorten our stay by a day (family needs)

Joe and Mikki were very gracious and friendly hosts. If you are interested in the night sky you will have to see their LT ( large telescope ) and Joe will give you the tour. Location is very near town and easy to find. Thanks Joe and Mikki, we will be back

Very friendly and informative host and neighbours. Lots of room and right off the highway, yet not too noisy. Accommodating when we had to leave a little late. Great grocery store near by HEB and the river walk was only 1/2 hour away.

we only stayed one night, but now that we know there is so much in the area we will be back for longer. if you’re used to backing in, its pretty standard, but if you’re kinda new, have your patience hat on. most newbie’s would consider it “tight” for anything over 25’. WORDS OF WISDOM: take the hosts advice of using Google Maps or Garmin Coordinates, Apple Maps is WAY off for some reason. we will definitely spend a longer stay here next time.
