We live in Florida's Nature Coast, close to the Crystal River area. You can see manatees, bird watching, hiking trails, biking trails, horse trails, fishing, diving and golf courses. Orlando, Gainesville, and Tampa are a little more than 1 hour away.

House Rules
No smoking outside your RV. Pets under 25 pounds, No large breeds,must be on a leash at all times, there are spots where you can walk your pet, and you must clean up after them. No constantly barking dogs, if they bark when you are not around you must take them with you or be asked to leave. No generators. Quiet time outside is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Our neighbors have livestock, so do NOT interact with the animals, viewing is ok. No enclosed trailers. Will need an adapter from 50 amp if you do not use that normally.
Location
Roads to site is paved. Must pass mowed grass driveway and back in and set up off of concrete pad in front of garage on left side of pad. No slide outs or RV can be over concrete pad, we use our garage. Tow vehicle can be parked by power pole. Do not move the orange cones put out, it protects our well water. We also have a spot behind the house in an open area ,which is in full sun. 50 amp service is also available there with seperate tow vehicle area.

This was a great place to stay. John is a great host and his spot is so peaceful. Now as he says in his profile his neighbors do have animals and the roosters do crow and all times day and night. If this bothers you, then it may not be the place for you. For me, I loved it. I got to know the two horses well too. I would stay here again in a second.

john couldn't have been kinder or more welcoming. We stayed in the back by the barn. Super easy access. The roosters next door were most entertaining. Definitely recommend and would be happy to stay again.

Easy access, great to be able to get power and water. Good night's sleep, only a few odd roosters unable to tell time...
