Hello! I have 16 acres of forested property with a tiny home rental on the west side of the property and an RV pad with a power pedestal on the east side. I'm just a 20 minute drive to Springdale, 17 miles from Loon Lake and 21 miles from Lake Roosevelt where you can enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. The north end of the property butts up to 500 acres of state land for lots of hiking and exploring in the backcountry! This property is not available during the winter.

House Rules
Quiet hours start at 8:30 p.m. on weekdays and 9 p.m. on weekends. If you smoke, please pick up after yourself. Dogs are more than welcome to roam off leash at your own risk; I am on a busy county road where cars drive quickly and wildlife including wolves, coyotes, and bear roam here which your dog might chase off. If your pup has good recall, you should be fine! Only self-contained vehicles, please. Grey water must be contained as it may draw the attention of bears.
Location
As you enter the property, access to your spot is towards the right. The road is gravel and there is a bit of an incline so 4WD is highly recommended. Please take it slow so as not to create ruts in the gravel. There is a single spot on the first level of the driveway on the west side to park your tow vehicle if desired.
