This was a wonderful 2-night stop for us on our way to the UP. Ken and Darlene were so gracious, super friendly, and a wealth of knowledge on places to visit and things to see. Their place was very quiet and relaxing… we’ll definitely stop in again when in the area!

Ken was gracious to meet us in the pouring rain to show us where to park and bring us the electric and water hook-ups. Great level spot!

We were greeted by Ken, who directed us to a generously large grassy area in the side yard. Plenty of space for our Class A and pull car with room to spare. Nice shade tree. Easy access off the highway. Just a few miles from Midland where there were a variety of easy to access stores and services that we needed. Enjoyed our chat with Ken and Darlene. Would definitely recommend their lovely place!

We had a delightful stay at Backyard Boondocking. Ken and Dar warmly welcomed us, helped get us situated and kindly provided electricity. The site was level and offered a shaded area, plus a fire pit and swing. While we didn’t stay long this time, we are hoping to stay a little longer next time. Great conversations and restful overnight.
