Park respectfully out back for private place, near my camper for electric (I only have electric for one camper, first come). I have 3 acres. East side of lot is a nature trail. No noise that is loud enough to bother neighbors, family's okay and light beer drinking okay. Keep dog on leash or in our kennel. Do not come up to house without texting first. Trash in/trash out. Ask for fire ring. You are responsible for yourself and assume all liability as usual. If you are just passing through park up by the road. If your camper is a weighs as much as a main battle tank (your still welcome) just please don't do donuts in the field. It is quiet and restful. Suggested Local Attractions: bowling ,nature trail, bar and there is pizza delivery. bowling alley has good food.

Setting was nice and quiet for the solar eclipse. Communication was great and we added a day without issue. Host was very friendly and personable. We would like to come back and do some more exploring around St Mary's.

We arrived after dark and Bary was there to greet us. We had a quiet stay with no problems. The field was a little soft but we got out ok.

Perfect for what I needed, just passing through overnight. Big lush green yard to park on. Would be great for someone traveling with kids who need a stretch! Quiet. Easy to find and easy in and out with Class C RV. Host was very helpful and kind.

I stayed 1 night a few weeks ago. It was a nice quiet night. The Miami & Ohio Towpath trail is right by the house. I walked the trail that evening and then rode my bike the next day. If you ride the trail, I’d suggest you go north. Southbound was just a mowed grass trail. The town of St Mary’s is really cute with a neat towpath exhibit.

Lots of grass and big trees to make the setting enjoyable.
