Navy Vet, i have a aggressive dog on the property towards other dog not people, so you need to keep your dog under control at all times, Country setting, 11miles from 6 Flags Darien Lake amusement park, 44 miles from Niagara Falls, 40 miles from Letchworth, State Park, one of the top state parks in th US, if you need power please ask, it's first asked first serve on power, ii only have 1 30amp, 1 120amp sometimes 1 50amp, the two spaces are for power, if you need no hookups, I can accommodate up to 5or more, Plus Wife has a Spa on the property for Facials and Mani/Pedis, please let us know if required

Water/30amp is available for refilling and recharging, not on individual sites. If your the only one staying, you can use the electric/water during your stay, $15 nightly for using hookups, if just boondocking then $10. A night, you can use Zelle for payment, please check out by 11am

We are Christians, have had RVs most of are marriage 34 years, She was involved in Civil War Reenacting for 20 years, I'm retired, she is a Esthetician/Nail tech who taught the program for 20 years now retiring but has a studio in the back of the house for private treatments, we mostly camped locally, but this winter Lord willing we are heading south, I'm a Veteran, we have 2 small 10 lb dogs, We also are Host in the Buffalo NY area, my location must be convenient Bcuz i'm booked most of the time, Bed Rock

It was a very peaceful stay with close access to Niagra Falls. We went to the American side and loved it. Very beautiful, peaceful, and not many people! Our host was very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Mike was so very kind. He was always open to communicating with us about our late ETA- he even came out with a flashlight to help us get settled in. Level spot and lots of room to maneuver. Not too far from Letchworth State Park (BEAUTIFUL!). Thank you for all your kindness and hospitality Mike!

Easy access and flat area for parking. We stayed 2 nights and took a day trip to Niagara Falls while staying here. great communication and would recommend if in the area!
