Two blocks from large City park to exercise dogs. Four blocks from downtown Emmett. Black Canyon Dam just a few miles away for boating, fishing, picnics. Annual Emmett Cherry 🍒 Festival is the second week in June. Annual July 4 fireworks display at the large City Park you can view from my back yard or walk two blocks. Short walking distance to newly installed summer music concerts in 2022 and new NASCAR sanctioned short race track installed in July 2023. Drive In movie theater installed in 2022, just two blocks away. Firebird Raceway is another summer activity that’s only a few miles away on Highway 16.

Site facing directly South for recharging RV solar panels. No generator use after 10pm during summer months. Pets on leash outside RV. No smoking on premises. No children under 3.

Separate paved driveway for tow vehicle parking. However, space for rv does not accommodate slide-outs.

Parking was very narrow, but host was kind and helpful.

Great host. Our 30 ft and truck were a bit too large for parking area. Host was great and moved things to accommodate us. Host was quick in responding to questions etc.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at Joy's place! She was so kind, responsive, and accommodating. One of our favorite boondockers welcome stays by far! 💛✨

Our host was great, very informative about the area, very welcoming. The sunsets were beautiful, as described. We look forward to a return visit in the future.
