We absolutely loved this boondocking site. It was really nice to park on concrete and be totally level. Having the abolity to dump our tanks and refill our water was a wonderful surprise. We wish we would have stayed longer. A perfect place to park our RV in a safe place and tour Corpus Christi. Would highly recomment this site. Our hosts were very friendly people.

I had such a lovely stay with Susan and Bill. They are welcoming and I enjoyed socializing. I appreciated the property was fully fenced in and the hookups were easy to access. There’s a solid layer of gravel to make it easier to maneuver without dealing with the typical soft ground of the area. Lots of space and potential to have a multi rig get together 🙌🏻

We had the pleasure of being Bill and Susan's first BW guests while they were our second hosts. So far, we've had great luck meeting friendly people whose company we've really enjoyed. Bill and Susan were thoughtful, kind and generous. Arriving first, we got the covered parking slab with full hookup. Their little dog, Burrito, was very cute as well. We're happy we had a chance to meet these hosts and would be happy to stay with them again.

Sue and Bill were super hospitable, communicative and kind. The property is located on a rural road with very easy access. We were lucky enough to be the first to arrive so we got the covered spot on a perfectly level concrete pad which was great because there was some weather going through. There is a second concrete pad and gravel spaces as well, and they have hookups available. We enjoyed watching the farm animals across the street, the birds, and a beautiful sunset and sunrise during our two night stay. We highly recommend this spot and big thanks to the hosts!
