House Rules

Please be respectful of the neighbors and minimize loud noises. Pick up after pets. No rugs on the grass. I am offering sewer but it is a septic tank system so nothing but waste and toilet paper should go in it.

Location

One sometimes two sites are available with full hooks but my coach stores in one under my RV shed so i often only list one site except during peak times. Entrance road is narrow, but neighbors are accustomed to pulling to the side to allow larger vehicles to pass through. Follow the gravel drive across from my mailbox past the house, between the pine trees and behind my shop. One site is open sky and the other is my 18x45 RV carport designed to pull a coach into. The carport is not a drive through so if using a trailer or fiver the hooks will be on the passenger side after you back in. I have space in front of my garage to drop toad and turn around before backing into sites or if it is dry enough you may pull into the grass straight out from the sites.

Easy to access back in spot on rock, full hookups, beautiful quiet view. Got to speak to Brad for a while before leaving and they really seem like great people.

We just returned from wandering around Maryville and Townsend. The two nights at Brad's was a perfect staging point for our looking around. We enjoyed full hookups and easy access to a spot next to the garden. Brad visited with us one night and filled us in on the area. It was a great spot to rest.

Brad’s Place was an excellent stop on a long trip through Tennessee. The location is ideally situated for day trips out to Knoxville or the Smokies, and the property itself is on a nice, quiet street. Instructions for parking were clear & everything is exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would love to come back someday!

We had a great stay at Brads Place. It wasn’t too difficult to find or park. It was very peaceful and quiet.
