Nestled in the heart of the NC foothills with a view of Lake Hickory, we are conveniently located within 1 hour of Charlotte, Asheville and Boone/ Banner Elk. Our place is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with a nearby marina. Right across the lake are city walking/ running/ biking trails, tennis courts and a park with a boat ramp and fishing pier. A variety of restaurants, stores and furniture outlets are within a couple of miles and the Minor League ballpark is less than a mile away, hosting Friday night fireworks after home games.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house with a driveway overlooking a lake. The profile picture does not do it justice! Great communication with the host. We will definitely stay again if passing through.
